Our Chardonnay is produced from the Bernard (or Chablis) clone. Tight and beautifully focused but still rich weighty and full of flavour. Whole bunch pressed into 30% brand new French oak. Full solids barrel ferment, lees stirred & minimal sulphur. A classic interpretation of barrel fermented Chardonnay. 1000 bottles produced.
